especially since she's growing and changing so fast. I need to soak it up while I can!
Sophia is sitting up and rolling over all on her own now. Within a month or less I'm pretty positive she'll be crawling. Daddy and her get in a crawling training session most evenings. He is a tough coach, but she is a tough cookie too. They'll be marathon training buddies one day too I bet! :)
She is still incredibly active and "talks" up a storm, in various tones and volumes. Although, she seems to prefer everything on the higher end of the scale! Oh, she also is sporting 1 1/2 new teeth! They are the 2 middle bottom ones. With the arrival of them she is also now enjoying some cereal and a few different fruits and veggies blended into a delicious mush. ;)
Most likely because she spends most of her day with me, she is developing a but of a "mommy's girl"complex. I don't mind most of the time. It just makes going pee and taking a shower a bit more difficult. :)
We are so proud of Derrick for his most recent accomplishment of graduating with his masters degree in Technology Project Management, from the University of Houston.
Here are a few pictures from recent events. Mostly of the two recent visits from family we were spoiled with. Sophia LOVED meeting her Gma Nye & Gpa Ray... as well as getting to bond with her fun Aunt Emily again. Thank you guys so for much coming!
XOXO
(I had a hard time getting the pictures in older. So I apologize ahead of time!)
